Comunicare nell'emergenza, esercitazione nazionale per la sezione perugina del'associazione radioamatori italiani

Una nave della Marina militare italiana, in navigazione nel Corno d'Africa, lancia un messaggio nell’etere. I punti d’ascolto dei radioamatori italiani disseminati nella varie Prefetture d’Italia raccolgono il messaggio e dialogano dal nord al sud, da un mare all’altro.

Si è tenuta nei giorni scorsi l’esercitazione mensile, a rotazione, che coinvolge le Prefetture e le diverse sezioni dell’Associazione radioamatori d’Italia, la Protezione civili e il Ministero dell’Interno.

Finalità dell’esercitazione è quella di testare il sistema di comunicazione via radio in emergenza, collegando i diversi punti del territorio italiano e mappando le trasmissioni in base all’ora del giorno, alle condizioni climatiche, alle distanze (nessuno sa dove si trovi in navigazione la nave militare), verificare i macchinari e le antenne......
