Pian di Carpine 2018 - Esercitazione di P.C.

Un incendio a bordo di un traghetto Busitalia al Trasimeno e il soccorso a un treno viaggiatori fermo per uno smottamento in seguito a un terremoto lungo la linea Magione-Passignano, sono stati gli scenari dell'esercitazione di protezione civile Pian di Carpine 2018 che ha coinvolto Rete ferroviaria italiana, Trenitalia e Busitalia. In particolare - spiegano le Ferrovie - è stato simulato che la motobarca dovesse fermarsi lungo la rotta San Feliciano-isola Polvese per un incendio a bordo, sprigionatesi da un cestino e propagato ad alcuni bagagli. Per il treno di Trenitalia, partito da Magione è stato invece simulato uno stop in prossimità della galleria omonima a causa dello slineamento dei binari, provocato da una forte scossa di terremoto. L'esercitazione è stata coordinata da prefettura di Perugia e Comune di Magione, con il coinvolgimento delle squadre di primo intervento del comando provinciale dei vigili del fuoco, del 118, della Misericordia, delle forze dell'ordine e del Gruppo FS.  -Fonte: Ansa-

All'esercitazione hanno preso parte anche numerosi radiomatori della Sezione ARI di Perugia che hanno curato i collegamenti radio tra le varie squadre operative e la centrale di controllo.    

Il coinvolgimento delle Istituzioni territoriali e del Volontariato di Protezione Civile, è servito a rafforzare il come le singole Associazioni e le Istituzioni devono muoversi insieme sul terreno a seconda le proprie specifiche specializzazioni ed a far si che ciascun soccorritore acquisisca esperienza, integrandosi in modo da rendere l’intervento qualificato e tempestivo.
