Oggetto: Decreto Legislativo 01/08/2003 nr. 259 – “Codice delle Comunicazioni Elettroniche” 
– Autorizzazione enerale per l’impianto e l’esercizio di stazione di radioamatore – 
RINNOVO DECENNALE
  
Si comunica che, ai sensi dell’art.104 comma 1), lettera c), nr.1 del Decreto Legislativo in oggetto, l’installazione o l’esercizio di stazione di radioamatore è subordinato al possesso di Autorizzazione Generale la quale ha validità non superiore a 10 anni, è rinnovabile e la sua scadenza coincide con il 31 dicembre dell’ultimo anno di validità.

Ciò premesso, evidenziando che la Sua autorizzazione scadrà il 31/12/2019 (ogni altra scadenza apposta sulla licenza deve essere considerata non esatta), qualora interessata, Lei dovrà provvedere al rinnovo decennale dell’autorizzazione medesima.

A questo fine, unita alla presente, si trasmette l’apposita dichiarazione che, compilata in ogni sua parte e completa dei documenti allegati, dovrà pervenire a questo Ufficio entro il 31/10/2019.     Scarica il modello-->>
