Sabato 3 e domenica 4 Settembre 2016, la Sezione ARI di PERUGIA è stata parte attiva durante la manifestazione L´Isola di Einstein, presso l’Isola Polvese del Lago Trasimeno (PG).

“La scienza fa spettacolo” è il sottotitolo del più generale evento denominato appunto L'Isola di Einstein, in programma dal 2 al 4 settembre 2016, “un  modo nuovo per parlare di scienza e innovazione coinvolgendo famiglie con bambini, studenti, pensionati e curiosi di tutte le età che vogliano trascorrere in Umbria un weekend all’insegna del divertimento intelligente… nello straordinario scenario dell’Isola Polvese che per l’occasione diventa un vero e proprio palcoscenico a cielo aperto, dove scienziati, attori e artisti di strada, provenienti da tutto il mondo, presentano dimostrazioni e performance legate alla scienza e alla tecnologia"

La nostra Associazione è stata invitata a parteciparvi dal Dipartimento di Fisica dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia, per dare dimostrazione delle nostre attività:

  1. nei giorni 3 e 4 settembre 2016, con il nominativo di sezione IQ0PG ha partecipato dall'Isola al Contest Field Day SSB IARU HF Region 1 - Memorial I0FLY;
  2. in contemporanea ha partecipato anche al Contest IARU Reg. 1 VHF - Trofeo ARI VHF;

Altre due iniziative presentate durante la manifestazione dalla Sezione ARI di Perugia, sono state le seguenti:

  1. dimostrazioni a cura di Mario I0NAA che, con le sue straordinarie attrezzature in UHF, ha rilevato e fatto ascoltare il rumore emesso dal sole;
  2. “caccia alla volpe” radiantistica con il coinvolgimento dei visitatori presenti;
