VERBALE SPOGLIO REFERENDUM 

L'anno duemilaquattordici  il  giorno otto del mese di gennaio, in Perugia,  in via Mario Angeloni n.51, presso lo Studio Associato dei Notai Alberti - Palma, alle  ore  diciannove  e  quaranta  minuti  (19.40),  si  tengono  le operazioni  di  spoglio  delle  schede  relative al  Referendum indetto dalla Associazione Radioamatori Italiani - Sezione di Perugia, relativo alle modifiche: 

A) degli articoli 11, 12 e 15 dello statuto dell'Associazione; 

B) dell'articolo 13 dello statuto dell'Associazione,

secondo il testo proposto su iniziativa  del  Consiglio  Direttivo nella scheda  inviata a tutti gli associati, della quale un esemplare si allega al presente verbale sotto la lettera ""A"". Dopo aver atteso fino ad ora, risultano essere presenti: 

- il Presidente del Consiglio Direttivo: I0Kwx Vincenzo Belloni;

- il Presidente del Collegio dei Sindaci Revisori: I0Uzf Francesco Alberti; 

- il Sindaco Revisore: IK0Azg  Gianfederico Madruzza. 

Il Presidente consegna ai rappresentanti del Collegio dei Sindaci Revisori le buste chiuse contenenti le schede referendarie pervenute all'Associazione entro il previsto termine del 4 gennaio 2014, che risultano essere in numero di cinquanta (50). Si procede quindi all'apertura delle buste e ad estrarre le schede nelle stesse contenute. Quindi le schede vengono separate dalle buste che le contenevano e vengono raccolte in un unico contenitore, conservandone l'anonimato. Si procede quindi allo spoglio delle schede.

 

Relativamente al primo quesito referendario: 

a) Approvi la riduzione del numero dei membri del Consiglio Direttivo da 9 (nove) a 7 (sette), con conseguente modifica del testo degli articoli 11, 12 e 15 dello             statuto secondo quanto sopra riportato? 

risultano aver votato: 

- a favore delle proposte modifiche n.quarantanove (49) associati; 

- contro le proposte modifiche n. uno (1) associati; 

la modifica proposta risulta essere approvata. 

 

Relativamente al secondo quesito referendario: 

b) Approvi la riduzione della frequenza minima delle riunioni del Consiglio Direttivo da 60 (sessanta) a novanta (90) giorni, con conseguente modifica del testo dello             articolo 13 dello statuto secondo quanto sopra riportato? 

risultano aver votato: 

- a favore della proposta modifica n. quarantaquattro (44) associati; 

- contro la proposta modifica n. cinque (5) associati; 

- schede bianche  n. una (1); 

la modifica proposta risulta essere approvata. 

 

Al termine delle operazioni di spoglio tutto il materiale referendario viene consegnato al Presidente del Consiglio Direttivo, perché venga conservato agli atti dell'Associazione. 

Si allega al presente verbale sotto la lettera ""B"", il testo aggiornato dello statuto dell'Associazione contenente anche il nuovo testo degli articoli 11, 12, 15 e 13, quale risultante dalle modifiche come sopra approvate con referendum. 

Essendo le ore venti e trenta minuti (20.30) ed essendo le operazioni di spoglio completamente ultimate, il presente verbale viene chiuso e sottoscritto, previa lettura dello stesso.
