 Progetto di mappatura radio a corto, medio e lungo raggio

L’Associazione Radioamatori Italiani Sezione di Perugia A.P.S.E.T.S. è lieta di condividere con tutti voi, il terzo progetto di mappatura radio a corto, medio e lungo raggio, che si svolgerà nei giorni sabato 3 e domenica 4 agosto 2024 dall’Eremo del Monte Serrasanta, e dai prati in cima al Monte Serrasanta, Gualdo Tadino (PG), al quale siete tutti invitati a partecipare per poter assistere direttamente alle modalità e ai risultati dei lavori che la nostra Associazione svolgerà.
La nostra Associazione svolge periodicamente prove di copertura radio sulle frequenze assegnate al servizio di radioamatore (Articolo 134 Codice delle comunicazioni elettroniche) per mantenere alto il livello tecnico ed operativo dei propri membri, gestisce la Sala Radio “I0IFG” della Prefettura di Perugia nell’ambito del Progetto “Rete Zamberletti” per le Radiocomunicazioni di Emergenza Alternative.
Il progetto “Serrasanta”, avviato ad Agosto 2022, prevede l’installazione temporanea di diversi impianti di antenna operanti in HF e VHF in cima al Monte Serrasanta per testare la copertura e la propagazione di segnali radio VHF a corto e lungo raggio, ben oltre la portata ottica.
Sabato 3 agosto, in collaborazione con il Gruppo Comunale di Protezione Civile “Sorgente” di Gualdo Tadino provvederemo ad installare una stazione radio VHF sui prati in cima al Monte Serrasanta, autorizzazione concessa dalla Comunanza Agraria di Gualdo Tadino proprietaria del terreno.
Le attività radio inizieranno già nel pomeriggio di sabato 3 agosto in banda HF verificando la copertura radio a livello mondiale tramite l’uso di una stazione radio in condizioni di emergenza, con antenna realizzata al momento e minima potenza. Sempre sabato pomeriggio si effettuerà un’esercitazione per simulare la ricerca di un disperso, munito di radio LPD, che ha perso l’orientamento. Per questa prova saranno presenti sul campo diverse squadre di Radioamatori che ricercheranno il disperso utilizzando dei radioricevitori per fare una triangolazione sul terreno, chiunque potrà affiancare gli operatori per capire come procedere nelle ricerche nel minor tempo possibile. Nella mattinata di domenica si attiverà anche la stazione radio in VHF installata sul prato in cima al monte, lo scopo è quello di verificare la copertura radio VHF in tutto il territorio nazionale ed Europeo, con segnali che supereranno la portata ottica tipica di queste frequenze. Al termine delle prove i risultati saranno condivisi, come sempre, con tutte le autorità in oggetto, al fine di fornire utili informazioni per eventuali radiocomunicazioni in condizioni di emergenza.
Per tutta la durata della manifestazione saranno presenti sul territorio, in particolare nella zona dell’Eremo e dei Prati del Monte Serrasanta, decine di Radioamatori di A.R.I. Perugia che provvederanno ad effettuare in autonomia, e in condizioni emergenziali, tutte le operazioni di installazione degli impianti di antenne e delle stazioni radio, nonché alle operazioni radio che si svolgeranno dal primo pomeriggio di sabato 3 agosto al pomeriggio di domenica 4 agosto. Durante le prove di radiocomunicazioni VHF con propagazione troposferica effettuate negli scorsi anni dall’Eremo del Serrasanta i due sistemi di antenna direttiva utilizzati, direzionati su diverse tratte hanno consentito di realizzare in poche ore centinaia collegamenti radio con diversi Paesi europei, arrivando direttamente, senza avvalersi di ponti radio, in Polonia, Germania, Francia, Svizzera, Austria, Croazia, Slovenia, Repubblica Ceca, Slovacchia, Ungheria, Bosnia Erzegovina, Repubblica di San Marino, oltre a tutto il territorio italiano, con la postazione installata sui Prati in cima al Serrasanta ci aspettiamo una migliore copertura radio in particolare verso le aree dell’Est Europa.
La nostra Associazione è sempre a disposizione delle Autorità Pubbliche e dei gruppi di Volontari di Protezione Civile per quanto riguarda la formazione tecnica in ambito di telecomunicazioni di emergenza e per la diffusione della cultura radiantistica, della sua storia e della sua tecnica.
