ESERCITAZIONE DI PROTEZIONE CIVILE ARI RE

(Beatificazione di Carlo Acutis - 10 ottobre 2020)

Il Sig. Aisa Vittorio, componente della Consulta, nonché responsabile del gruppo volontari Misericordia di Assisi, in occasione della Beatificazione di Carlo Acutis in Assisi il 10 ottobre 2020, ha richiesto supporto per le comunicazioni radio, previste dall'estensore delle norme per l'organizzazione dell'evento.

Visto i buoni rapporti con l'associazione (a suo tempo avevo tenuto la lezione sulle comunicazioni in emergenza) e rapporti personali, l'ho subito rassicurato valutando le soluzioni del caso; si trattava di collegare quattro postazioni in altrettante location dove erano attesi circa 4.000 fedeli/pellegrini.

Premesso ciò ed arrivata alla segreteria di ARI PG la richiesta formale dell'Associazione, ho interessato i soci I0KWX Vincenzo, I0YHD Remo, IK0HCT Giancarlo e IW0RUM Claudio, che di buon grado hanno aderito, per riprendere un po’ l'attività che avevamo sperimentato con successo, sia nelle emergenze che nelle radioassistenze.

Ci siamo organizzati e, con la professionalità che sempre ci ha caratterizzato, abbiamo attivato due postazioni portatili (Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli e Basilica di San Francesco) e due postazioni su mezzo mobile (Piazza san Pietro e Santuario della Spogliazione). Tutte le postazioni erano collegate con il Centro Operativo istituto in una sala del Comune di Assisi, ove erano presenti i rappresentanti dei vari organi preposti.

La manifestazione si è svolta in tranquillità e noi abbiamo comunque "provato"le apparecchiature previste e quelle di scorta, io personalmente ho installato la mia X50 sul davanzale esterno della finestra del centro operativo, HI, con gli accorgimenti del caso.

Al termine i ringraziamenti del responsabile della Misericordia che con soddisfazione ho esteso al gruppo.

Ringrazio il CD di sezione ed in particolare il Presidente IZ0ABD, che mi ha dato mandato per ottemperare alla richiesta, al Segretario IK0XBX, per le incombenze con la nostra Segreteria Generale e naturalmente a tutti gli operatori intervenuti.
